Clara's Lansing Station

For this station, you will really need another plate. (probably you did for the dessert station too!) The salad bar here at Clara's Lansing Station is not like the salad bar you see at most other restaurants with the ice between the dishes all showing. Here, you are getting your salad from an antique buffet (complete with the clear top) but everything is all very very fresh and pretty. The salads taste better that way, don't you think?
